Dance Class Registration

Registering from the convenience of your own home through your online account is easy.

Registration requires payment of the first month's tuition and a $35.00 registration fee for a single family member and $15.00 for each additional family member.

We offer classes for 18-month-olds to adults in the styles of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Hip Hop. Our classes range from beginner to advanced levels. We have recital classes, as well as non-recital classes just for fun, competitive, and performance companies, adult dance classes, and adult dance-based exercise classes!

Class Options

Early Childhood Non-Recital Classes

Ages 3 to 6

45-minute classes

$60 per month/$120 a session

Session 1: 9/9/24-11/9/24

$60 per month

A Recital fee of $65 and a Costume payment fee of $85 will be additional costs. The recital fee will be charged when you register your child for the class. Costumes fees will be due in November. For any students joining after December 1st, there will be an additional $15 added to the costume fee. There is a $25 return/exchange fee for any costume that needs to be exchanged for a different size. Costume fees do not include shoes, but do include tights. Shoes have to be purchased separately. We offer shoe sales here at the studio. There will also be a required media charge for all recital students due in May to enable each of those families to receive an emailed link to the entire recital show for $43. Tuition must be up to date and paid in full by June 1st, 2025 for the dancer to be in at the recital on June 14th, 2025.

Adult Dance/Exercise Classes are $17 per class.

Our Bad Moms dance series meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Styles and themes change every month!

Drop-in Dance Punch cards are available for $160 and can be purchased online for 10 classes giving a savings of $10.

Policies and Expectations

Tuition and Fees

Tuition is posted on the 1st of the month and is due by the 5th of each month. Tuition can be paid online with a credit card or your bank account through our dance software system, Dance Studio Pro. Tuition can be set up using auto-pay through your credit card or ACH and will be collected on the 1st of the month. All credit card payments will incur a 3% convenience fee whether paid online or in person at the studio. All ACH payments are fee-free. Statements of tuition owed for the month will be sent out through email on the 1st of the month. Payments must be paid no later than the 5th of the month. A late fee of $20 will be automatically charged on the 6th of the month. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. There are no refunds for any missed classes. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified before the class start date. A refund or credit will be added to your account. Absences may be made up in corresponding classes. No credits or refunds will be given for classes that are missed.

Policies

Our Refund Policy:
No refund will be issued for any classes or tuition paid. No refunds will be issued for any tickets purchased for Evolution Dance Experience Events. No refunds will be issued for any merchandise purchased unless the product was damaged before the purchase. A credit may be granted depending on the circumstances, but it is not guaranteed.

When you register for our dance classes, we collect personal information such as your name, home address, and email address.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our new classes, a monthly newsletter, and other updates.

HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, register for a class, or purchase a dance card, it's implied that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
